This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how CryptoDeckOne (the "Service") handles information relating to users and projects.
CryptoDeckOne is an information hub that organizes the official information of Crypto/Web3 projects and presents it in a readable form. Within the Service, we collect and use information about users and listed projects only to the extent necessary to operate the Service.
By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.
Information we collect
CryptoDeckOne may collect the following categories of information to operate the Service. Collection is limited to what we reasonably need for operations; we do not intend to gather information beyond that scope.
Inquiry information: name, display name, email address, organization, project name, message content, and correspondence history that you provide through the contact form, email, or any other communication channel.
Application and listing-request information: name, contact information, requested actions, project details, and any attached materials submitted in connection with listing requests, demo requests, plan applications, listing corrections, removal requests, or other applications and requests.
Project listing data: project descriptions, official links, documents, whitepapers, chain information, contract addresses, token information, tokenomics, roadmaps, team information, partner information, FAQs, AMA information, contact details, and other content supplied by projects for listing. Listings may be entered and edited directly by the project itself, or entered, organized, and edited on the project's behalf by the CryptoDeckOne team based on material supplied by the project.
Account and admin information: if we provide login, admin, dashboard, editing, or permission features for project operators in the future, we may handle account-creation details, login information, authentication information, permission settings, activity logs, configuration details, and identity-verification information.
Payment and billing information: when paid plans, setup fees, monthly fees, or other charges apply, we may handle billing contact information, payment status, invoice details, payment status, transaction identifiers, and information about the payment method. Detailed payment data such as full card numbers is generally processed by the payment provider; we only handle the information necessary to manage billing. Where we accept payment in cryptoassets, we may verify and record sending and receiving addresses, transaction hashes, networks, amounts, and timestamps.
Technical and usage information: IP address, user agent, access time, referrer, viewed pages, device and browser information, Cookies, local storage, server logs, error logs, and similar technical signals needed for service delivery, maintenance, improvement, and abuse prevention.
External form services: when an application or contact form is provided through a third-party form service, the form provider may collect and process responses on our behalf.

Publicly displayed information
Part of the project information listed on CryptoDeckOne is displayed as a public page on the internet.
Information that may appear on public pages includes project descriptions, official links, token information, tokenomics, roadmaps, team information, partner information, FAQs, AMA information, contact information, and other content supplied by projects for listing.
Project operators and anyone submitting listing material accept that the submitted information may be displayed as a public page.

Retention period
CryptoDeckOne retains collected information, within reason, for periods such as the following.

Requests to correct or delete information
Users may contact us via the Contact page to confirm, correct, delete, or restrict the use of information related to themselves.
We will respond within a reasonable scope after verifying identity, authority, and any operational or legal considerations.
For requests relating to project listing data, we may verify that the request comes from the project operator or another party with appropriate authority.
We may be unable to comply with all deletion requests where retention is required by law, ongoing disputes, anti-abuse measures, security responses, or other operational necessity.
International data processing
CryptoDeckOne may interact with overseas users, overseas projects, overseas third-party services, overseas hosting providers, and overseas payment providers.
As a result, information may be stored, processed, or transferred in countries or regions different from your country of residence.
We aim to give reasonable consideration to the security, privacy, and operational posture of the external service providers we use.
Security
CryptoDeckOne aims to apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we handle.
However, we cannot guarantee complete safety with respect to internet communications, external services, blockchains, wallets, smart contracts, or third-party websites.
Users are expected to verify URLs, destinations, signature requests, and transaction details themselves when following external links, connecting wallets, signing transactions, sending funds, or using third-party services.
Minors
CryptoDeckOne is not primarily intended for minors.
We do not intend to knowingly collect personal information from minors.
If a minor uses the Service, the user is expected to do so with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
External links
CryptoDeckOne may contain links to a project's official site, social channels, documents, whitepapers, blockchain explorers, exchanges, applications, smart contracts, and other external services.
The handling of personal information on those external sites and external services is governed by the privacy policy and terms of use of each operator.
When following an external link, users are expected to verify the URL, its authenticity, the destination, privacy settings, wallet-connection prompts, signature requests, and transaction details themselves.
Changes to this Policy
CryptoDeckOne may update this Policy from time to time as necessary.
Updated content takes effect when posted on this page.
For material changes, we may provide notice through reasonable means.
Continued use of the Service after an update means that the user has had the opportunity to review the updated content.
Customer account data
If you create a customer account on CryptoDeckOne to manage your own project page or to apply for a plan, we handle information necessary to operate that account. This may include your email address, a hashed form of your chosen password, the project name and contact details you provide, your requested plan, applicant role, official X handle, project website URL, primary contact method and value, marketing consent flag, account status, and activity records such as timestamps of recent logins and recent failed login attempts.
We use this information to operate the dashboard, authenticate logins, protect accounts from unauthorized access, respond to support requests, evaluate plan applications, manage paid plans, and contact you about your account and the Service.
Operational messages and marketing communications
We send operational messages to the email address on file for your account — for example, signup confirmation, login or security alerts, account changes, plan or payment notifications, listing status updates, and similar service-related communications — regardless of marketing consent. These messages are necessary to operate the Service and to protect your account.
Optional marketing communications — such as product updates, feature announcements, newsletters, and promotional content — are sent only where you have given marketing consent. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time from the dashboard. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect operational messages.
Enterprise and individually arranged plans
If you contact us about Enterprise or any other individually arranged plan, we may collect and process additional information needed to evaluate the request, prepare a quotation, or operate the resulting contract. This may include organization name, contracting party details, billing contact, contact channel preferences, requirements and scope discussions, contract status, communication history, and any other information you provide in connection with the inquiry.
Where Enterprise or any individually arranged plan involves invoice-based billing, bank transfer, external payment services, payment in cryptoassets, or any other payment method we may designate, we may handle the records reasonably necessary to issue, confirm, and reconcile those payments.
Dashboard support and lead management
When you contact us through the customer dashboard or via the Contact page about your account, plan, listing, or any other matter, we may retain the message, conversation history, and any context needed to provide support and follow up. Where appropriate for operating the Service, we may also record internal notes about plan interest, contact status, and other lead-management information visible only to authorized CryptoDeckOne personnel.
