These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the conditions under which CryptoDeckOne (the "Service") may be used.
By accessing, viewing, listing project information on, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Overview of the Service
CryptoDeckOne is an information hub that organizes the official information of Crypto/Web3 projects and presents it in a readable form.
The Service is designed to display project descriptions, official links, documents, whitepapers, chain information, contract addresses, token information, tokenomics, roadmaps, FAQs, latest updates, AMA information, and other project-related material on structured pages.
Project information on CryptoDeckOne is either published and edited directly by the project itself, or entered, organized, and edited on the project's behalf by the CryptoDeckOne team based on information supplied by the project.
CryptoDeckOne is a service for organizing and displaying this material; it does not provide investment decisions, recommendations, warranties, endorsements, or professional advice with respect to any specific project, token, NFT, or other cryptoasset.
Who these Terms apply to
In these Terms, "user" includes anyone who views the Service, references project information on the Service, applies to have a project listed, submits material for listing, or otherwise uses the Service in any capacity.
Listing, editing, updating, removing, paying for, receiving individual support, or using other features intended for project operators may be subject to separate application terms, quotations, billing terms, or other separately agreed conditions, in addition to these Terms.
Lawful use
Users are responsible for using the Service in compliance with the laws, regulations, contracts, and third-party terms of service that apply to them.
If the use of the Service is prohibited or restricted in your jurisdiction, place of residence, business, line of products, or under applicable law, you may not use the Service.
Project operators and anyone submitting listing material represent that they hold the rights, permissions, and authority necessary to submit and display that material.
Prohibited use
Users may not use the Service for any of the following purposes or in any of the following ways.
- Use in connection with unlawful activity, fraud, scams, money laundering, or other improper conduct
- Impersonation of any person, company, project, organization, or brand
- Posting false or misleading information, or deliberately omitting material information
- Posting guaranteed yields, guaranteed returns, principal-guarantee claims, excessive investment solicitation, or other expressions likely to mislead users
- Distribution of phishing, fake links, malicious smart contracts, malware, spam, or other harmful content
- Conduct that infringes the intellectual property rights, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other rights of third parties
- Unauthorized access to, interference with, analysis of, or reverse engineering of the Service, servers, networks, data, accounts, admin interfaces, or related systems
- Conduct that may harm the reputation, operation, or security of the Service or harm other users
- Other conduct that the CryptoDeckOne team judges to be inappropriate
If we determine that any conduct falls under, or may fall under, the above, we may modify, hide, remove, or suspend the listing, terminate the contract, restrict access, or take any other measures we consider necessary.
Project listings
Listing a project on CryptoDeckOne does not mean that we endorse, certify, vouch for, or approve that project, its tokens, NFTs, services, team, future prospects, safety, legality, or profitability.
Project operators are responsible for ensuring that the information they submit or post is accurate, up to date, does not infringe third-party rights, and does not violate applicable law or these Terms.
Even after a listing has been published, we may modify, restrict, hide, suspend, or remove that listing where we identify errors, outdated material, potential rights infringement, illegality, misleading expressions, security concerns, reputational concerns, or any situation we consider inappropriate for operation of the Service.
Reviewing and updating listed content
Project operators are responsible for periodically reviewing the listed information and requesting updates or corrections as needed.
CryptoDeckOne aims to organize listed information in a readable form, but does not independently verify, audit, certify, or endorse all of the information that is listed.
For important details, please verify against the project's official website, official social channels, official documentation, blockchain explorers, and other primary sources.
If you find errors, outdated material, content in need of correction, possible rights infringement, or security issues in any listing, please contact us via the Contact page.
Plans, fees, and payment
The Service may offer free plans, paid plans, invite-only plans, listings subject to review, or services provided under individually negotiated conditions.
Fees for paid plans, setup fees, monthly fees, additional work fees, ongoing-update support, and other charges are governed by the applicable order page, quotation, invoice, payment page, or separately agreed terms.
We may offer payment methods including card payments, external payment services, bank transfer, invoice-based payment, payment in cryptoassets, and any other method we may designate.
Available payment methods may change depending on country, region, the contract in question, payment-provider review, service availability, and other circumstances.
Project operators agree to pay the agreed fees through the designated method and by the agreed due date.
If a payment cannot be confirmed, we may suspend or restrict the creation, updating, publication, continued display, support, or other paid features for the relevant project page.
Refunds
Whether a refund is provided is decided on a case-by-case basis with reference to the relevant application terms, work already performed, service usage, billing terms, the payment provider's processing status, or our discretion.
Setup work, page creation, editing, translation, design adjustments, information organization, support, and other services that have already been delivered may, as a rule, fall outside the scope of refunds.
Where we accept payment in cryptoassets, the supported currencies, networks, payment deadlines, confirmation method, refund eligibility, and covered plans follow the conditions stated on the relevant invoice, payment page, or individually presented terms.
Changes, additions, and removals to the Service
We may change, add, suspend, or remove all or any part of the Service for reasons including service improvement, operational decisions, technical changes, security responses, shifts in usage, or other necessary considerations.
This includes changes to features, the UI, page structure, listed fields, presentation, supported languages, pricing, plan content, operational policy, infrastructure, project listing criteria, admin features, dashboard features, and other elements related to the Service.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be available without interruption, free from errors, or that any particular feature, layout, page structure, URL, listed content, supported language, fee, or plan will remain available.
Accounts, admin features, and access restrictions
Where the Service provides an admin interface, login, editing tools, or other account-based features for project operators, users are responsible for safeguarding their account information, login credentials, and authentication details.
We may restrict, suspend, remove, or terminate access to accounts, project pages, admin features, and the Service itself where we identify breaches of these Terms, payment defaults, security concerns, false information, unlawful or inappropriate use, third-party rights infringement, or situations that may harm the reputation or operation of the Service.
Intellectual property
Rights in the Service's name, logo, design, UI, templates, code, structure, copy, brand assets, system, and other elements created or provided by CryptoDeckOne belong to us or to their rightful owners.
Users may not, without our prior permission, reproduce, redistribute, modify, redistribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of all or any part of the Service.
Rights in logos, images, text, links, documents, and other project-related content provided by project operators belong to the relevant project or its rightful owners.
Project operators grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content to the extent necessary to operate, list, display, edit, translate, store, distribute, promote, support, and improve the Service.
Third-party content and external links
The Service may include information supplied by projects and links to third-party websites, official social accounts, documents, whitepapers, blockchain explorers, exchanges, applications, smart contracts, and other external services.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, availability, legality, terms of use, changes, or discontinuation of such third-party content or external services, or for any consequences arising from your use of them.
When following an external link, users are expected to verify the URL, its authenticity, the destination, any wallet-connection prompt, signature requests, and transaction details themselves.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided to organize and display information about Crypto/Web3 projects, and does not provide investment, financial, legal, accounting, tax, or other professional advice.
Nothing on the Service constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to purchase, sell, hold, trade, or otherwise engage with any token, NFT, cryptoasset, project, service, or product.
Cryptoassets, tokens, NFTs, DeFi, and Web3 services carry significant risk. Users use the Service at their own judgment and responsibility.
Please refer to the separate Disclaimer for additional detail.
No warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, usefulness, continuity, availability, security, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or the achievement of any result expected by the user with respect to the Service.
We likewise make no warranty regarding information displayed on the Service, external links, third-party services, project information, or information recorded on any blockchain.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, dispute, or missed opportunity arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service, reference to listed information, access to external links, use of third-party services, listing or removal of project information, any decision related to cryptoassets or digital assets, or any matter related to these Terms.
This includes direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, lost assets, reputational damage, business interruption, and any other damages.
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify us, our personnel, collaborators, contractors, partners, and other third parties for any damage, claim, cost, or liability that arises from the user's use of the Service, content the user has submitted or posted, breach of these Terms, breach of law, infringement of third-party rights, or use of external services.
Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time as necessary.
Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page.
For material changes, we may provide notice through reasonable means.
Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Customer accounts
You may create a customer account on CryptoDeckOne to manage your own project page or to apply for Basic, Pro, Enterprise, or any other plan. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, for keeping the contact information on file up to date, and for any activity carried out under your account.
We may restrict, suspend, lock, or terminate accounts where we identify breaches of these Terms, unlawful or inappropriate use, false or misleading information, impersonation, spam, phishing, fraudulent payment, security risks, third-party rights infringement, or any situation that may harm the reputation or operation of the Service or any third party.
You may close your own account at any time from the dashboard. Closing your account may delete or anonymize associated project pages, links, and configuration. Backups, security logs, audit records, payment records, and similar materials may remain for the period required for operational or legal reasons.
User-created project pages
Some plans — including the Free plan — allow customer account holders to create, edit, publish, unpublish, and delete a project page directly from the dashboard. Pages created this way are published as public pages on CryptoDeckOne without prior review by us.
Customer account holders are solely responsible for the project name, links, descriptions, and any other content they choose to publish. The information must be accurate, must not infringe any third-party rights, must not impersonate another person, project, brand, or service, must not be used for spam, phishing, scams, malware, or fraudulent solicitation, and must not violate applicable law or these Terms.
We may modify, hide, suspend, restrict, or remove any user-created page, and may restrict or terminate the underlying customer account, where we identify any of the issues described above or any other situation we consider inappropriate for operation of the Service.
Plans
CryptoDeckOne may offer multiple plans, including but not limited to a Free plan, Basic, Pro, Enterprise, invite-only plans, custom plans, and plans provided under individually negotiated conditions. The features, limits, sections, customization, support level, and any other arrangements available under each plan are described on the relevant order page, plan page, dashboard, quotation, or separately agreed terms, and may change from time to time.
The Free plan is a self-serve plan operated by the customer account holder through the dashboard. Use of the Free plan is subject to these Terms and to any limits set out for the Free plan, including limits on the number of links, sections, and features.
Basic and Pro plans are paid plans. Fees, billing method, billing cycle, included features, and any other commercial conditions for Basic and Pro plans are governed by the applicable order page, dashboard, payment page, invoice, or separately agreed terms.
Enterprise plans
Enterprise plans are offered under individually negotiated terms. Scope of service, support level, response time, contract duration, billing cycle, payment method, refund eligibility, suspension conditions, data handling, and any other operational matters may be defined in a separate quotation, statement of work, order form, master agreement, invoice, or other individually agreed terms.
Enterprise applicants should contact us through the Contact page. We may request additional information, identity verification, or other materials needed to evaluate the request, and we may decline any application at our discretion.
Notwithstanding any individual Enterprise terms, the following always apply: (a) CryptoDeckOne does not provide investment, financial, legal, accounting, tax, or other professional advice, and does not guarantee project performance, token value, security, audit status, or any future outcome; (b) Enterprise customers remain bound by these Terms, including prohibited conduct, link responsibility, impersonation prohibition, anti-spam rules, and our restriction, suspension, and termination powers; (c) payment for Enterprise plans is not limited to automatic card billing, and we may use invoice, bank transfer, external payment services, payment in cryptoassets, or any other method designated in the individual terms.
If a customer downgrades from Enterprise to Pro, Basic, Free, or stops using the Service, custom features, individualized support, custom configuration, custom layout, custom domain handling, or other Enterprise-specific arrangements may no longer be available, and we have no obligation to migrate, preserve, or refund them.
Notifications and communications
We send operational messages to the email address on file for your account — for example, signup confirmation, login or security alerts, account changes, plan or payment notifications, listing status updates, and similar service-related communications — regardless of marketing consent. These messages are necessary to operate the Service.
Optional marketing communications — such as product updates, feature announcements, newsletters, and promotional content — are sent only where you have given marketing consent, and you can withdraw marketing consent at any time from the dashboard. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect operational messages.
Plan changes and downgrades
Customers may switch plans, including downgrading to a lower-tier plan, where the dashboard, order page, or individual terms support that change. When switching to a lower-tier plan, features, sections, customization, individualized support, custom configuration, or other higher-tier arrangements may no longer be available, may be hidden, or may be removed.
We have no obligation to preserve, migrate, restore, or refund features, content, or configuration that are no longer included in the new plan. Customers are responsible for reviewing the impact of any plan change in advance.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable by applicable law or by a competent authority, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Dispute resolution
If any issue arises in connection with the Service, the user and CryptoDeckOne shall first attempt to resolve it through good-faith discussion.
Where separate contracts, billing terms, quotations, invoices, or other separately agreed conditions apply, those conditions may prevail over these Terms in the relevant respect.
