Terms of Service

01Accounts and Registration

1.1 Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an account or use the Service.

1.2 Account information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, and to keep it up to date. Accounts registered with false or misleading information may be suspended or terminated.

1.3 One project, one identity. You may not impersonate any person, project, or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with a project. Creating a page for a project you do not represent or are not authorized to represent is prohibited.

1.4 Credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

1.5 Free accounts. Free plan accounts are subject to these Terms in full, including our moderation rights under §4 and the data retention rules under §10.

02Acceptable Use

You agree not to, and not to attempt to:

• (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to promote fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading projects;
• (b) impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or authority (§1.3);
• (c) send spam or unsolicited promotion using the Service, or misuse contact features;
• (d) upload malicious code, or files you do not have the right to distribute;
• (e) interfere with or disrupt the Service, probe or test vulnerabilities without authorization, or bypass rate limits or access controls;
• (f) scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect data from the Service except as permitted by us in writing;
• (g) link to content that is illegal, or that facilitates scams, malware distribution, or phishing.

03Project Content and Responsibility

3.1 Project-provided information. All project pages are composed of information provided by the project (or, for the Initial Setup Service, materials submitted by the customer — see §7). CDO does not independently verify, audit, or endorse any project or the accuracy of its information.

3.2 No investment advice. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Fuel counts, plan badges, rankings, and any visual indicators do not indicate project quality, safety, or endorsement by CryptoDeckOne.

3.3 External links. Project pages may contain links to external sites (including block explorers, documentation, social media, and trading venues). These are provided by the project. CDO is not responsible for the content, availability, or safety of any external site. Following external links is at your own risk.

3.4 Your responsibility for content. If you operate a project page, you are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of the information you publish, and you represent that you have the rights necessary to publish it (including logos and images).

3.5 Market data. Where market data (such as token price charts) is displayed, it is provided by third-party data sources, may be delayed or inaccurate, and is shown for informational purposes only.

04Moderation and Enforcement

4.1 Our rights. We may, at our sole discretion and with or without prior notice: refuse, hide, or remove any content or page; suspend or terminate any account; and decline to provide the Service to any person or project, including where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, the law requires it, or the content poses a risk to users or to the Service.

4.2 Effect of suspension or termination. While an account is suspended, its pages may be hidden from public view. Upon termination, we may delete the account's content and data after the retention period described in §10.

4.3 No obligation to restore. We do not guarantee that any removed, hidden, or deleted content can or will be restored.

05Plans, Fees, and Payment

5.1 Plans. The Service offers a free plan and paid plans. Features, limits, and current pricing are described on our pricing page. We may change plan features or pricing prospectively; changes do not retroactively affect a period you have already paid for.

5.2 Billing. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through our payment processor (Stripe), except for Enterprise plans, which may use individually agreed payment methods (§8).

5.3 Plan changes. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan. Downgrades take effect in accordance with the flow shown at the time of change; features exclusive to the higher plan cease to be available when the downgrade takes effect. Your paid period remains usable until its end — canceling auto-renewal does not shorten the period you have already paid for.

5.4 Data on downgrade. Content associated with higher-plan features is retained for a limited period after downgrade and then permanently deleted, as described in §10.

5.5 Taxes. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

06Refunds

6.1 General rule — no refunds. All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes, without limitation: monthly and yearly subscription fees (including unused remaining periods), the Initial Setup Service fee (§7), Enterprise prepayments (§8), and Fuel purchases (§9).

6.2 Exceptions. We will refund a payment where the payment resulted from our error, including duplicate charges and incorrect billing amounts caused by us. Statutory rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.

6.3 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback for a payment that complies with these Terms may result in suspension of your account while the matter is resolved.

07Initial Setup Service

7.1 Nature of the service. The Initial Setup Service is a materials-based service: we organize, format, and lay out the information and assets you submit. It is a one-time paid add-on.

7.2 No independent research. We do not independently research your project or add information that was not included in your submitted materials. Please ensure your submission includes everything you want displayed.

7.3 Editorial adjustments. We may adjust wording, structure, and layout for clarity, but we will not invent or add unsupported project details.

7.4 Refunds. The Setup fee is non-refundable once purchased, including where you do not submit materials or do not complete the submission process (except under §6.2).

08Enterprise Plans

8.1 Individual terms. Enterprise plans are offered under individually agreed conditions (term length, pricing, start date, and payment method), typically with a minimum term paid in advance. Where an individual agreement conflicts with these Terms, the individual agreement prevails for that customer.

8.2 Payment methods. Enterprise fees may be payable by card, by invoice, or in limited supported cryptocurrencies as agreed per contract.

8.3 Crypto payments. Crypto payments are confirmed manually by us after on-chain verification, and service activation occurs only after our confirmation. You are responsible for sending the exact asset on the exact network specified in the payment instructions; funds sent to a wrong network or in an unsupported asset may be unrecoverable and are not our responsibility.

8.4 Accepted assets. We accept only the assets and networks listed in the payment instructions (generally major stablecoins on major networks). We do not accept project-native tokens, self-issued tokens, or assets on unsupported or low-liquidity networks.

8.5 Prepaid periods. Enterprise prepayments are non-refundable (§6.1). The service remains available for the full prepaid period.

09Fuel

9.1 What Fuel is. Fuel is a one-time cheer that supporters can purchase for a project. It is not an investment, not a donation with perks, and not a purchase of any token, security, or right of any kind.

9.2 What Fuel does. Fuel affects only visual and ranking elements on the Service (such as cumulative counts, rank marks, and boards). Fuel confers no benefit, feature, reward, or entitlement to the purchaser, and no feature unlock to the project beyond visual elements.

9.3 No guarantees. Rankings and visual effects are relative and depend on the activity of other projects. We do not guarantee any particular rank, visibility, effect, or duration of effect.

9.4 No refunds. All Fuel purchases are final and non-refundable, including purchases made in an incorrect quantity. Please confirm the quantity before paying.

9.5 Not a rating. Fuel counts do not indicate project quality, safety, or endorsement by CryptoDeckOne.

9.6 Adjustments. We may invalidate Fuel resulting from refunded, charged-back, fraudulent, or test payments. Administrative additions, if any, are logged and are subject to the same time-based counting rules as purchases.

9.7 Project status. Fuel does not create any obligation on the project or on CDO. Projects may become inactive, delisted, or discontinued; this does not give rise to any refund or claim.

10Data Retention and Deletion

10.1 Downgrade and cancellation. When a plan is downgraded or canceled, content associated with higher-plan features is hidden from public view and retained for thirty (30) days, after which it is permanently deleted.

10.2 Account deletion and termination. Upon account deletion or termination, associated content and uploaded files are deleted from our systems, except where retention is required by law (e.g., transaction records).

10.3 No recovery. Permanently deleted data cannot be recovered. We recommend keeping your own copies of materials you upload.

10.4 Fuel data. Cumulative Fuel data associated with a project is reset when the project's retained data is purged under §10.1.

11Communications

11.1 Service notices. We may send you service-related notices (such as registration confirmations, security notices, billing notices, and important changes to the Service or these Terms) by email to your registered address. These notices are a condition of using the Service.

11.2 Marketing. We may send occasional product and marketing emails. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time; opting out does not affect service notices.

11.3 Language. Notices may be provided in English.

12Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

12.1 As-is. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CDO's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

12.3 Third parties. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of projects, payment processors, data providers, or external sites.

13Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may modify the Service and these Terms. For material changes to these Terms, we will provide notice (such as by email or a notice on the Service) before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

15Overview of the Service

CryptoDeckOne is an information hub that organizes the official information of Crypto/Web3 projects and presents it in a readable form.

The Service is designed to display project descriptions, official links, documents, whitepapers, chain information, contract addresses, token information, tokenomics, roadmaps, FAQs, latest updates, AMA information, and other project-related material on structured pages.

Project information on CryptoDeckOne is either published and edited directly by the project itself, or entered, organized, and edited on the project's behalf by the CryptoDeckOne team based on information supplied by the project.

CryptoDeckOne is a service for organizing and displaying this material; it does not provide investment decisions, recommendations, warranties, endorsements, or professional advice with respect to any specific project, token, NFT, or other cryptoasset.

16Who these Terms apply to

In these Terms, "user" includes anyone who views the Service, references project information on the Service, applies to have a project listed, submits material for listing, or otherwise uses the Service in any capacity.

Listing, editing, updating, removing, paying for, receiving individual support, or using other features intended for project operators may be subject to separate application terms, quotations, billing terms, or other separately agreed conditions, in addition to these Terms.

17Intellectual property

Rights in the Service's name, logo, design, UI, templates, code, structure, copy, brand assets, system, and other elements created or provided by CryptoDeckOne belong to us or to their rightful owners.

Users may not, without our prior permission, reproduce, redistribute, modify, redistribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of all or any part of the Service.

Rights in logos, images, text, links, documents, and other project-related content provided by project operators belong to the relevant project or its rightful owners.

Project operators grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content to the extent necessary to operate, list, display, edit, translate, store, distribute, promote, support, and improve the Service.

18Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify us, our personnel, collaborators, contractors, partners, and other third parties for any damage, claim, cost, or liability that arises from the user's use of the Service, content the user has submitted or posted, breach of these Terms, breach of law, infringement of third-party rights, or use of external services.

19Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable by applicable law or by a competent authority, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

20Dispute resolution

If any issue arises in connection with the Service, the user and CryptoDeckOne shall first attempt to resolve it through good-faith discussion.

Where separate contracts, billing terms, quotations, invoices, or other separately agreed conditions apply, those conditions may prevail over these Terms in the relevant respect.
